Reduce Costs through Direct Sourcing of Wire Bracelets

Issue:

A New England based manufacturer of springs and stampings found a new use for the metal wire they produced - C bracelets! After perfecting their wire bracelet design, they contacted USCBS to find a factory that could reproduce their product for them at a much more cost-effective price.

Solution:

USCBS found a factory that was able to reproduce the customer's unique design while meeting the pricing needed by the customer. Additional spring products are in development for 2006.
